LPM (Local Planning Meeting) AIESEC is an annual or periodic planning meeting conducted by the AIESEC local committee to develop strategies and work plans for the organization in a certain period. LPM aims to ensure that all AIESEC members in one local committee have the same understanding of the organization's goals and how to achieve them
Every quarter, Connect Day is organized by our Local Committee (LC). This event aims to strengthen engagement among members through a variety of games—allowing participants to build closer relationships while having fun. Another key objective is to enhance communication between members across different departments

Kawula17 Goes to School was a collaborative event between Kawula17, under the PP17 Foundation, and AIESEC in Unsoed, held at Jenderal Soedirman University in April 2025.
Targeting high school students around the Purwokerto area, the program carried the theme “Learn, Discuss, and Think Critically,” and offered fun yet meaningful educational activities to encourage curiosity and critical thinking. AIESEC in Unsoed helped run the program and provided trainers who guided each student group throughout the sessions.
Prakerta Academy is a quarterly event that offers a educational space specifically crafted to meet the needs of its members. Beyond just learning, it’s a platform to spark engagement and foster connections among members.
This second quarter brings an exciting collaboration: an Alumni Mentoring session, where AIESEC alumni step in as facilitators to share their experiences and expertise. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to align with members' interests, delivering valuable insights and opportunities that inspire growth, both personally and professionally.
Connect Day is a specific day or event organized quarterly to encourage networking, collaboration, and relationship-building among individuals or groups in our local committee. Connect Day typically involves activities, discussions, or programs aimed at fostering communication, sharing ideas, and strengthening connections between members.
Impact Circle is an event initiated by AIESEC in Indonesia to create experience for youth to discuss unlimited source of topics revolves around SDGs, how it develops, and how it has been implemented in Indonesia as general.
Impact Circle events spread across all 26 entities of AIESEC in Indonesia in more than 15 cities and has engaged more than 10.000 youths this past 6 months.

Quarter 2 was wrapped up with LCM, which we conduct quarterly. But this time it was combined with July Calibration Meeting (our monthly event). So, what went down?
As always, it delivered knowledge that’s relevant to members and created an engagement space to strengthen our bond as an LC. Specifically, this event focused on two main parts: first, giving LCP and LCVPs the space to share the the ups and downs of their departments over the past quarter; and second, providing members with new insights from the facilitator, who this time talked about FGL. And since it was combined with the Calibration Meeting, it also brought a data review session presenting the Q2 ES results.
Leader Class is a semesterly development program by Talent Management AIESEC in Unsoed to equip the Managerial Board with the skills, mindset, and strategies to lead effectively. Featuring experienced facilitators, it covers topics from team building to operational excellence turning insights into real impact for the Local Committee.
Prakerta Youth Leadership Conference (PYLC) is an annual local conference hosted by AIESEC in Unsoed to equip newly recruited members with foundational knowledge and engaging activities. The conference also functions as a preparation platform for current members as they enter the next term.
