Do you trust the magic of beginnings? Well, I do and I am asking you to do the same. Thank you for taking the time to open this application. If you are here, it means you are willing to contribute to impacting other people, To amplify the Kenyan Youth Voice and tell a story of leadership that will be remembered 50 years from now and beyond. I would like to welcome you on your next life-changing journey with AIESEC. Every journey starts with a really difficult part which is taking the fist step, that is becoming part of the national leadership team for Kenya the year 2022-2023.

Every moment I spend within the AIESEC space makes me feel like I am living out my potential. My AIESEC journey started in 2018 when I said Yes to exploring who I am and using my gifts to make a difference. Being part of the national team in 20.21 made me understand the bigger picture and feel connected. In the end, all I can say is every win and fail was worth it. I felt understood, empowered and mostly loved. I always felt a huge level of responsibility for the future of the organization so that us, young people can experience the same value the entity has given me.

Being an MC is special but being an MC in Kenya is even more magical. You are choosing to live a different life, a more quality life, but this can only work if you be intentional and make AIESEC work for you. AIESEC in Kenya is an entity with rich culture and history. The history of 51 generation of GREAT leaders is behind us, you are standing on the shoulders of giants and now it is our time to make sure we can provide valuable leadership development opportunities for the youth of Kenya in the next 50 years as well. It is a big responsibility, it will surely scare you a bit, but you have to choose to take the risk of failing, the risk of winning, the risk of being scared or you will lose the chance of pushing the needle towards making a difference in Kenya and mostly, yourself.
