PORTFOLIO SPECIFIC QUESTIONS
1.Conduct a SWOT analysis of the current state of Finance, Legal and Administration portfolio explaining how you will exploit the strengths, improve on the weaknesses, capitalize on the opportunities and mitigate the threats.
2. Create an implementation framework for the evolved Finance standards over the first 6 months of Office. Indicate a key milestone to be achieved in each month.
3. Come up with a detailed proposal that AIESEC in JKUAT can use to approach grant giving organisations.
4. Explain the key strategies you'll put in place to ensure that AIESEC in JKUAT meets the membership requirements for the accomplishment of full membership.
5. What is your personal goal for FLA and how do you intend to achieve it.
1.Explain how MXP fits AIESEC in Kenya right now and propose 3 next steps of its implementation. Highlight what should be improved in the standards delivery and how can we achieve it
2.Evaluate the current productivity and retention rate of membership in AIESEC in Kenya. What are the main factors that influence each one of them? How do you envision these rates in your term? What are the concrete strategies for rates improvement?
3. From a TM Perspective, What are the challenges/obstacles you foresee in your first six months in this role? How would you approach implementing the solution?

5. How are you going to ensure proper implementation for the members to have the best experience.
1.Do an in depth SWOT analysis of the B2B,B2C Portfolio and outline clear strategies for leveraging on the strengths, avoiding the weaknesses, taking advantage of the opportunities and tackling the threats
2. Analyze 2 GCPs from AIESEC network of entities that have great social media platforms and detail what online principles and strategies the GCPs used.
3. Analyze other youth led organizations in the country on how they communicate initiatives and programs on LinkedIn and the best online marketing campaigns in detail.
4. Make a 3 month plan online marketing and brand advocacy plan for AIESEC in JKUAT to cater for both B2C and B2B.
5. How will you ensure you as the VP B2B,B2C are able to deliver team standards to your team.
6. Create a 3 month online and physical marketing plan on how we can reach untapped market in JKUAT, it's branches and other universities.
7. Explain the stages in lead nurturing B2B,B2C is part and parcel of as well as lasting strategies for each segment.
8. Create a three month plan on how you intend to expand our online reach in other social media platforms. ?
Conduct a SWOT analysis of the portfolio currently, explaining how you will leverage on the strengths, avoid the weaknesses, take advantage of the opportunities and tackle the threats.
2. What is your vision for BD and what are your 3 priority areas (be very specific on how you will achieve them)?

8. Prepare and attach a 2 minutes pitch video, selling the AIESEC in JKUAT products package to a company of your choice. Be as creative as possible.
What is your understanding of the UAR portfolio? From with this understanding, what would be your 3 main focus areas/priorities, the goals associated with the focus areas, associated strategies, key performance indicators and the desired impact?
Indicate events/programs that JKUAT has on a yearly basis and explain in detail how AIESEC can come in to partner with the university for some of these events/programs.

What is your strategy to develop sustainable alumni relations (Indicate your key targets and focus areas)?
Using an analysis of the Alumni database indicate which Alumni and how they are strategically placed to help/connect with GT, GV and EWA sales.
Clearly outline a strategy of monthly engagement with Alumni of AIJ, engaging our database alumni, member and alumni touchpoints making AIESEC in JKUAT the most impactful org in JKUAT. How can we achieve this in the coming year? Make a 9 month plan on the same.
1. Give examples of professional programs and volunteering initiatives that have attracted and impacted many young people in Kenya. Outline reasons behind their impact
2. Analyze the performance of the OGX products for the terms 18'19, 19'20, 20'21, 21'22 and 22'23. Highlight the rises and drops while outlining reasons behind the same.
3. Conduct a SWOT analysis of the OGX portfolio explaining how you will exploit their strengths, improve the weaknesses, capitalize on the opportunities and mitigate the threats
4. Name 3 key strategies that you will focus on to ensure the growth of OGX as a product
5. What courses, based on our current market, will you focus on to ensure OGTa grows as a product?
6. How can we set up and run OGTe in our entity? Outline 2 key strategies to ensure the success of this product
7. Outline a plan on how to get a partnership between the school and the organization and it's respective benefits for each party.
8. Analyze the performance of acquiring IR Partners in the term 22'23 using the Start, Stop and Continue method. State what you will do differently to ensure you get IR Partners.
9. Outline the importance of the APIP/AEPP within operations in the organization and state 3 strategies in which you will ensure they are strictly adhered to.
Conduct a SWOT analysis on IGV for AIESEC in JKUAT for the last 2 years. Using your data, state how you would mitigate IGV's biggest bottleneck and how you would use opportunities to minimise threats and their effects
What is your understanding of the social impact sector in Kenya today. . Using this knowledge, come up with at least one new project that you would introduce as both Global and Local Volunteer products and ensure it follows the SDG alignment process and sustainability metrics. Give reasons for pioneering the project and 3 companies/stakeholders you would approach for the same and why.
Seeing that next year, IGV is required to cater for 100% of EP's project fee and accomodation, what is your plan to cover the costs and what would be your value proposition to companies.
How will you ensure servicing of Global Hosts to also give them a good experience.
In details, describe the EP process flow for IGV from applied to complete.
What is your plan to increase the number of EPs realized next year? Be as creative as possible.
Seeing that all GV opportunities across the globe are generic, how are you going to improve the experience of EPs in the country?
Most of the AIESEC in JKUAT opportunities are based on quality education. How will you make each of them unique to reduce the redundancy?

1.Conduct a SWOT analysis on IGTa for AIESEC in JKUAT since 2021. State how you would maximize on strengths and opportunities and how you would mitigate weaknesses and threats
2. What is your personal Target for IGTa and why are you the best person to achieve it?
3. Outline the steps in coming up with a project concept. Use the steps to come up with at least one project that you would introduce detailing the timelines for engaging a company.
