PORTFOLIO SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The role of the vice president TM shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Shall be in charge of implementation of the Talent Management process.
2. Shall be in charge of implementing the Team Standards for TM and the entity.
3. Shall be in charge of organizing for and tracking all member education and Team leader capacity building programs.
4. Shall be in charge of tracking member performance and rewarding and recognition of them.
5.Shall be in charge of ensuring member personal development and tracking their growth.
6. Shall be in charge of the Team Leader Board.
The role of the vice president BCXP shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. In-charge of Brand advocacy to facilitate Business to Customer and Business to business frameworks.
2. In-charge of all physical and online marketing for the exchange portfolios
3. Come up with online principles and strategies for JKUAT's online platforms. Both Instagram and Linkedln
4. In-charge of nurturing all leads for all GV and GT programs
5. In-charge of AIESEC Brand Alignment for all online or physical activities of AIESEC In JKUAT.
6. Responsible for market analysis for Winter and Summer peaks
7. Team standards delivery for the BCXP team
8. Content creation for all marketing campaigns
The role of the LCVP BD/EwA shall include but is not limited to:
1. Create and implement strategies for Business Development.
2. Team standards delivery for the Business Development Portfolio.
3. Conduct and implement the Business Development education cycle to the members.
4. Work with the BD MCVP for relevant MC directives.
5. Managing AIESEC in JKUAT’s sales accounts.
6. Researching, sourcing and acquisition of partnerships, EWA initiatives and LC events
The role of the LCVP UAR shall include but is not limited to:
1. In-charge of all AIJ Touchpoints with the school
2. In-charge of AIESEC brand alignment with the school
3. Responsible for all activities/projects AIJ takes part with school organizations and clubs
4. Create and implement strategies for University and Alumni engagement
5. Monthly reporting to ALISO on AIJ activities and projects
6. Team standards delivery for the UAR portfolio
1.In charge of all Global Talent/Teaching and Global Volunteer physical and online marketing in JKUAT, JKUAT Branches and other campuses.
2. In charge of nurturing of all leads for the Global Talent/Teaching and Global Volunteer programs.
3. In charge of all stages of the customer flow for Global Talent/Teaching and Global Volunteer EPs.
4. In charge of ensuring all GTa/Te and GV members are taken through the academies.
5. In charge of team standards delivery to the OGX team and exchange standards delivery to EPs as per the APIP.
6. Handling all acquisition and coordination of entity to entity partner relations.
7. Handling audits done by the ECB
The role of an LCVP IGV shall include but is not limited to the following:
1.Raising TNs
2. Handling all entity to entity partner relations and coordination/acquisition
3. Developing marketing materials for the portfolio
4. Getting applications
5. The delivery of the standards to the intern as per the APIP
6. Day to day running of the opportunities
7. Getting financial enablers for GV projects as per the new standards
8. Raising accommodation/ Global hosts and coordinating all relations between AIESEC in JKUAT and House managers
9. In charge of team standards delivery for the IGV team
10. Handling portfolio audits by the ECB
The role of the vice president IGTa shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Raising TNs
2. Handling all entity to entity partner relations and coordination/acquisition according to the sales funnel
3. Developing marketing materials for the portfolio
4. Getting applications
5. The delivery of the standards to the intern as per the APIP
6. Day to day running of the opportunities
7. Tracking the collection of the financial payments of partners
8. Raising accommodation and coordinating all relations between AIESEC in JKUAT and House managers
9. In charge of team standards delivery for the IGTa team
10. Handling the audits by the ECB
The role of the vice president FLA/BD shall include but not be limited to the following:
1. Shall be in charge of all financial and legal engagements and controls in the entity.
2. Shall be in charge of the Finance standards implementation.
3. Shall be in charge of running all matters that pertain to the Local Compendium.
4.Shall be in charge of researching and sourcing for new streams of income for the entity including grant applications.
5. In charge of team standards delivery for the FLA team
6. In charge of tracking Membership criteria for the LC
