THE APPLICATION

ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE IN PDF FORMAT

– Be as creative as possible. The application should not exceed 16 pages. Use the Lato font, size 13 or any readable font.

– You must compress all your files into a single folder and name your .zip or .rar file with all the PDF documents with your name and surname as follows: LCVP 2324_Name_Surname_Portfolio Eg: (LCVP2324_Tony_Stark_FLA) or (LCVP2324_Chris_Hemsworth_IGTa)

– Submit your final application to the Local Committee President Elect and c.c. the current Executive Board. Read through the Application Checklist.

– Application deadline is , at 2359h (GMT +3). Applications sent in 24 hours before the deadline shall receive feedback within that window of submission on what to change if need be. (Late applications shall NOT be accepted, nor will extensions be granted for whatever reason.)

-Kindly check that all the links are working before you submit the booklet.

– Send a letter of intent to the LCVP Talent Management, LCP Elect and LCP to express interest in the role by 25th October

THE CHECKLIST

1.APPLICATION QUESTIONNAIRE (max. 16 pages)

2. Manifesto: highlighting the goals with strategies for the portfolio, the projects you will run in the portfolio you are applying for, an annual year plan for your portfolio for the projects (showing portfolio specific key ideas or events in the year to come, treat this more like a road map), your team structure with MOS and KPIs for each role and the inter portfolio synergies you will look to utilize in your term and a budget. Limited to 10 pages.

3.YouTube video link: The video should introduce you as a candidate, have your motivation, your goals and your strategies.

4. Signed endorsement letters: (Your current VP and two people you have led)

5. Signed parental consent letter

6 .Personality Tests: Belbin Test, 16 Personalities Test, Strategic Leadership tests.

7. Signed release letter.

Applications won’t be accepted if

1. The application package is incomplete, even if a question is not completely answered.

2. The application is sent after the deadline.

3. The format of the documents is different from the ones clearly stated (All documents should be in PDF)

4. Links are not working properly or rights are not given to see the supporting material.
