Dear applicant,
A big congratulations to you, for having the slight thought of applying for this role. Personally, AIESEC has always been the one place where I can test the waters, explore new grounds, challenge myself through things I am incapable of naturally; and by doing this, I am able to contribute to a greater cause, building a better world. This is one responsibility that I believe, we owe to our local communities and the world at large
This is not just another role or a portfolio, this is an experience. In much simpler words, it is one experience where with all consciousness, we demonstrate integrity (a core value that drives our actions) , and ultimately ensure nothing less than excellence across our LCs
This is once again not just about the lives we are indebted to, the ones we promised to give life-changing experiences through our cross-cultural learning platform, but also our membership which is our first customer.
We must, with all sense of urgency, decide in our hearts and with our actions to ensure that the reason for our existence (peace and fulfilment of humankind’s potential) is achieved.
In the coming year, we are focused on one experience par time; which means it is our responsibility to ensure that every member going through the AIESEC Experience is developing leadership in all processes.
This is in no way an easy task, but then again, we must never forget this
“Be thankful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character.”
At this point, if you are still eager to go through this application, it means you are ready and willing to give in nothing less than 100% for this adventure.
Once again, I am proud of you for being this brave! I wish you the very best through this journey.

Men make history and not the other way around. In periods where there is no leadership, society stands still. Progress occurs when courageous, skilful leaders seize the opportunity to change things for the better.
