Upward Bound - an opportunity for Freshmen and Sophomores
What is Upward Bound?

We are a college and career readiness program based out of Anoka Ramsey Community College. We focus on supporting students whose parents/guardians haven't been to college and students who utilize free or reduced lunch. Students accepted into our program attend our weekly study sessions after school, once a month Saturday field trips & workshops, and a summer program that ends with a 3-6 day summer trip!

How to learn more?

1)Talk to Mrs. Wolfe or your counselor for more information.

2)You can meet with the Upward Bound Advisor, Josh Lee, at Blaine High School.

3)You can visit the program at an after school study session on Wednesdays in room 245 from 2:30-4:30.

For more information, please contact Josh Lee at: joshua.lee@anokaramsey.edu
