Classroom Requirements

To enroll in the Classroom Driver Education Course students must:

• Be at least 14 and half years old by the end of the course

To complete the Driver Education Course and be eligible to take permit test in class students must: (If student is not 15 or has not registered and paid for Behind the Wheel, they may be eligible to receive documentation to complete the test at a local Driver Examination Station at a later time.)

• Be at least age 15
• Have proper identification
• Complete the required number of classroom hours
• Complete the required numbers of Driving Simulation
• Register for Behind the Wheel and pay appropriate fee
• Have parent attend Parent Night
