20+ years of deep experience running technology innovation organizations worldwide.

Authoring various reports on quality and challenges of public school education system as relates to the Muslim community supported by facts, evidence, and areas of improvement.

Worked for three full years with local high school district in Cupertino interfacing directly with District Superintendent and three vice presidents calling out for reformation of specific areas to make school environment less harassing and less intimidating to Muslim students, particularly for Muslim girls wearing Hijab.

Escalated concerns of Bay Area Muslim parents and families to County’s Office of the Supervisors, County Human Relation Commission along with CA Supervisory Board managing community colleges.

Met with County Officers and CEOs, circulating documents and materials that record various proven incidents and situations that explain the systemic prejudice and challenges Muslim individualizes face at the workplace and which Muslim children face while attending public schools.

Founder and Principal of Deep Learning Academy, a home-based high school program which I established and managed myself to allow my eldest 3 children to take the best out of local high school and the DeAnza College while managing the overall education process, plans and curriculum. Allowing two of my children to graduate high school early while shielding them from negative unhealthy environment and damaging peer pressure that comprise their Muslim identity.
