The prize drawing was so much fun! The catering from Busch's was delicious! We celebrated some work anniversaries! And, as always, our favorite part was seeing the smiles on all the kiddos' faces!

2022 Christmas Party!

We were so glad to finally get back INSIDE for a company Christmas party again! The last time we were able to sit down together was Christmas 2019! We rented the Saline American Legion Hall and it was wonderful!

SotC Day 2022

On March 18, 2022, we kicked off the new growing season!

Every March we have a SotC (State of the Company) Day ahead of getting back to work for the new growing season. We use this day to discuss the past year(s), our hopes and expectations for the coming year, meet new staff, reconnect with returning staff, go over important HR items and information all of our staff should know when working with the A&H Team. We enjoy lunch and some company bonding time and we gear up for the new season ahead!

2020 company christmas party - drive thru style!

2020 has definitely been unusual! We still wanted to have a Christmas Party for our staff, but knew we had to do it differently than in previous years. We decided to do a "Drive-Thru" style party to keep everyone safe! It wasn't the type of party we would've chosen but it turned out as well as we could have hoped! A special THANK YOU to all of our staff who came out and joined in the holiday cheer - even if only from their vehicles!

Tim has found his new passion - ordering safety and cleaning supplies! It's possible it may have become an addiction at this point, but we're keeping a close eye on him and will intervene if we feel it's necessary!

Spring 2020: Covid-19

This word collage was generated based on the Purchase Orders we've created in the month of April! Pretty spot-on!

We've had A LOT of Zoom Meetings since mid-March! The Management Team has been meeting at least once per week - typically twice or three times. We had our first ever Zoom meeting with our Team Leaders and our Team Members in mid-April, too! Kristy might miss the ability to come to management meetings in her robe and her hair in a towel - but hopefully she is able to readjust to normal office life soon!

We set up a Hand Washing Station at the shop and are doing everything we can to keep our staff safe and healthy!

Christmas Parade / Party 2019

Our team had a great time, again, walking in the Saline Christmas Parade and celebrating at our shop afterward!

Senator Lana Theis stopped by the shop on 11/1/19 to present Tim, Brandon, and the A&H Team with a Special Tribute Certificate for the Saline Chamber of Commerce 2019 Large Business Award they recently received.

2019 SACC LBA Company Celebration!

We weren't able to take the whole team to the Saline Area Chamber of Commerce Awards Night, so we had our own celebration at the shop! Thank you to all of these hard-working men and women!
