Application is for new members only (Must be a Junior or Senior) 

Follow the steps below to complete your National Honor Society application. Be sure to follow each step exactly. Failure to complete each step of the process may result in you not being selected to join the organization.

Applications for 2023-2024 School year are closed.

Process when application opens

Make a copy of the application.

Once applications open the Google Doc Application link will be below and MAKE A COPY.

Complete the application.

Type your responses onto your copy of the application. Remember, this application is a reflection of YOU. Make sure to capitalize and spell correctly. Have an adult review it prior to printing to ensure that it is free of grammatical and other errors.

Print the application and get signature.

Take the application to the sponsors, teachers, coaches, and organizers of the various activities you have participated in so that they can sign it. If you have other documentation that confirms your participation, gather it together so that you have it ready to scan with your application.

 Remember, the signatures and/or documentation are proof that you participated in these activities. You will not receive credit for activities that do not verifying signature or documentation.

Scan your complete application.


Include all supporting documentation with your scan. 


Consider using your name (last, first) for your scanned document's name.

Complete the Google Form portion of the application and upload your PDF application.

The Google Form part of the application is where you will enter some additional information about yourself. In addition, it is where you will tell us the name to use on your certificate if you are selected for membership and where you will provide a short "blurb" about your accomplishments (which will be read at the induction ceremony).
