Tax Credit Donations

Through your tax credit donations, we can do more as a team.  All funds go directly to Millennium Swim and Dive and are available for immediate use. The amount you are eligible to take as a tax credit is dependent on your filing status. The maximum contribution for single or married filing separately is $200.00. Persons filing married jointly can contribute up to $400.00. In return, you will receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on your State of Arizona Income Tax and charitable donation credit on your Federal tax return. Tax credit funds go to pay for:

*Equipment for the swim and dive team

*Meet fees for state qualifiers (2 must come out of tax credit funds)

*Special Uniforms

*Team Building Events

Specific Items to Fund Raise For:

**Analogue On Deck Pace Clock ( to monitor heart rate for better training)

**Team Polo Shirts

**Team Parka or Warm-Up Jacket

**2nd swim suit for all team members

**Continuing our enrollment in 4 state qualifying invites. Without tax credit donations, we would only be able to attend 2 giving athletes 2 less chances to qualify for state
