Develop positive character traits in all students
The Canyon View High School advisory program is developed by incorporating academic, college, and personal/social development lessons from the College Board School Advisory Program, MajorClarity, and Character Matters-Curriculum.
MajorClarity is a comprehensive college and career readiness solution that helps districts and schools align student strengths and interests to postsecondary goals, improving student outcomes and connecting learning to life. Students can access the MajorClarity link by visiting their Clever dashboard.
The Character Strong curriculum provides vital character skills and qualities for student emotional/social growth.
The Advisory Committee meets at least once a month to establish and review lessons for the following month or quarter. The Advisory Committee is organized by the Agua Fria Union High School District.
