Dominos Cards:
With the card, every time you purchase a large pizza at Domino’s, you will receive another large pizza FREE! Buy 10, Get 10 FREE!

• The cost of the card is just $20, and our group profits $10 for every card sold!

• Use the card as many times as you would like until the card expires 6/30/27!

• Cards will be sold from 09/21/2026-10/05/2026.

• When a customer buys a card through your online store, it will be shipped directly to them! If they purchase one card, the shipping fee is only .99 cents.

• Earn a free card for every 15 you sell and free customizable matching t-shirts for the team when 15 people hit this goal!

Compete for $50 Gift Cards, $100 Gift Cards, AND $100 in Bonus Cash for our group!

Homecoming: Sept 18th

Homecoming dance Friday Sept 18th

Family 5-730; Dance starts 7:30-10

 Hamburger plates – $10 pp: burger,chips , cookie, drink 

Volunteers:

• Erlia: Sell tickets to kids for dance at lunch time?  When? how often; get music list at that time too

• Susan: (get #, 200) Buns have been previously donated FROM Mid South Bakery

• McDonald: Redfield: Meat has been from Ruffino’s @ employee discount; spent $241 last time. 

• Geva: Bombers Hot Dogs and Burgers, will count and let us know what they have

• Derra: Bounce obstacle course rental  (previously FROM BCS Party Rental).for family fest time. 

• SOMEONE: Ask HEB TowerPoint, but any would do, for donation, about $200.00 to help cover food cost.  (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles) + cookies 

• Music – Jose Fuentes will volunteer to DJ,  will use  PTO speaker, lights with playlist or 

• Amy: Need to get ice usually.. Ask Mst Sgt.. ice machine... 

Need Theme, get your students to send suggestions; will ask every student, seeded with our ideas 

Decor:  move tables to outside, hang lights 

Looking for volunteers to help set up and prep for Homecoming, sell tickets during driveline or lunch, Cook at Homecoming, run slushie and cotton candy machine, chaperone...

Chaperones must be approved by PTO, with paid PTO dues and Raptor background check.

- Students: After event give service hours to move tables back 

At Event: 

Bounce House:

-   Deflate if not enough chaperones during dance. 

TO Do:

- Send Google Form 3 weeks out for court nominations 

- 2 weeks out, final vote. Senior class are King & Queen. Rest of grades are court. Crowns for seniors, sashes for all.

- Hoco court – set a time for presentation, make sure nominees are present. 

- (Can votes be done via google classroom cohort?

We need sponsors. We can't buy T-shirts until we raise funds.
