By joining the PTO, you help support our activities throughout the year.  

Membership is $30 per family for the school year.

PTO Membership & Volunteer Requirements

To volunteer or chaperone at Aggieland High School events (including field trips and dances), a paid PTO membership and a cleared Raptor background check are required for the 2026-2027 school year.

• Early Bird Family Membership: $30 (Available through September 1st)

• Individual Adult Membership: $20 (Effective starting September 2nd)

The Eagle All-Access Package Menu

Simplify your year with a bundle that includes family dues and all-access for your students.

• Package A ($90): 1 Underclassman + Family Dues (Includes all-access for one freshman or sophomore).

• Package B ($125): 1 Upperclassman + Family Dues (Includes all-access for one junior or senior).

• Package C ($150): 2 Underclassmen + Family Dues (Ideal for families with two students in freshman or sophomore classes).

• Package D ($185): 1 Underclassman + 1 Upperclassman + Family Dues (A mixed bundle covering one younger and one older student).

• Package E: Silver Eagle ($210): Includes 1 Student All-Access, 2 Parent Passes, Teacher Sponsor, and an Eagle Fund Donation.

• Package F: Gold Eagle ($310): Includes 2 Student All-Access, 2 Parent Passes, Teacher Sponsor, and a major Eagle Fund Donation.

Individual Event Pricing (A La Carte)

• Homecoming Meal (Sept 18): $10

• Spooktacular Entry (Oct 24): $5

• Winter Formal Ticket (Dec 12): $35

• March Madness Tournament (March 1): $5

• FallyBall Entry (Date TBD): $5

• Prom Ticket (April 3): $35 (Juniors & Seniors)

Optional Family Support & Passes

• Full-Year Parent Event Pass ($25): Covers parent entry and meals for Homecoming, Spooktacular, March Madness, and FallyBall.

• Teacher Appreciation Sponsor ($20): Funds weekly "pick-me-ups" and treats for our 35+ AHS staff members.

To ensure your payment is credited correctly, you must include the required memo with every transaction.
