How do I proceed with the "Not Ready" or "After Call Work" (ACW) options?

If you are not yet done with call tracking or disposition, you may go on "Do not disturb." Make sure to go back to "Available" mode by clicking it again to start taking calls. View the basic functions of your softphone below.

Note: There is no log-in/log-out button. Once you are off "do not disturb"' a call may come in. While in the call there is also no "hold" button use the time to establish rapport or signpost with what you are doing for your customers.
