How do I log out when I am done with my phone time?

Make sure you are on "Do not Disturb" status. Make sure to close all relevant tabs. Log-out of Hotel Planner. There is no immediate log-out button so make sure you do not close your softphone browser while you are talking to the customer as that may disconnect your calls.
