Present the securepay option to the customer:
"Our secure option allows you to input your details through your phone and you do not have to say them over the phone with any of the operators. It will be unavailable for viewing from our end."
If this is not available, advise them that when we process the payment or input details directly they will need to approve from their end.
Alternatively and only when available, the customer can pay at the hotel but remember that this will mean your Prepaid Booking rate will go down.
