The customer has a preferred/exact hotel and I am not seeing it in the results when searching.

You can search using the city/state and apply the hotel name filter.

Example:

City/State: Las Vegas, Nevada

Hotel Name: MGM

#HotelName, #ExactName, #ExactMatch
