How do I book group requests and long stays?

1. Check with the customer if they are looking at a specific hotel for their group request.

2. If yes, search the hotel and select it from the results view. There is no guarantee that the hotel they prefer is going to be available.

3. We will need to fill out a Quote Request form for all the available hotels in the area.

4. We will need to capture the reservation details including the total number of guests.

5. We will need customers' contact information so we can share with them all the availabilities that they can choose from.

Note:  As there is no booking yet, this is not yet considered a sure reservation for you.
