Personal Politics: "I need to speak to my wife about it.", "I need to speak to my friend first."
“I saw it’s cheaper online” (Why price is higher)
You: Prices are subject to change based on availability. This is the best rate so far and there are only a few rooms left. What’s the name for the reservation?
“But why the price is higher” (Why I am seeing different price online)
You: The rate may have been the starting rate before tax, and it may not be available. As rooms sell out, rates go up. What is your best email address?
"I will just look into myself"
You: Let me find you a nearby hotel with that price range. Will you need one or two beds?
"I will call you back"
You: Rooms are limited so they can go up. Let's get this booked for you. What is your last name?
