18 weeks 0.5 cr
Students will continue to dive deeper into the world of the textile industry by honing their pre and post production skills. Students will continue to explore the pre-production process and learn how to separate lanolin from wool and spin. Expansion of the post-production process will include learning how to read and create patterns followed by more complicated stitch work. Students in Fiber 2 will have the option to participate in a student "fleece to shawl" contest either at the PA State Farm show or another venue.
