Scheduling Form

The AFRL-NM Tech Engagement Office is pleased to offer a variety of modern meeting facilities to collaborative partners. The facilities, located both on and off of Kirtland Air Force Base, are flexible and can be configured to suit the needs of a variety activities and events.

• 1. COVID-19 Management Protocols have been established. Please review and adhere to all directions to protect yourself and others.

  2. Review the Building Map or Equipment list in the facility for which you wish to submit a request and proceed to the appropriate form.

  3. Space/equipment is booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. Based on your request, we will try and accommodate you with the most appropriate space/equipment that is available to meet your meeting's objectives.

     • Sandia National Labs personnel should work directly with internal Sandia POCs to schedule space at the Science & Tech Park/AFRL Innovation Lab facilities. Requests for the aforementioned spaces by Sandia personnel via this form will not be processed.

  5. Individual spaces have occupancy limits that we cannot exceed. Your request will be denied if it exceeds a listed occupancy limit.

  6. The facilities available for use are NOT configured or secured for CLASSIFIED and/or CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION (CUI) meetings. If you need to schedule this type of meeting, contact the staff at Bldg 201 at 505.846.2557.

  7. If your meeting participants require gate access to Kirtland Air Force Base, please refer to the Security Forces page for further instructions.

  8. The scheduling team reserves the right to move, reschedule, or cancel meetings based on unexpected conflicts, facility closures, or maintenance activities. You will be notified via email in the event that this occurs.
