Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, Aims to Provide Quality Service by:
Providing a professional cleaning service that is licensed and insured. Our aim is to take the procrastination out of your home cleaning routine.
100% Satisfaction Is Our Goal – If you are dissatisfied with any area of your cleaning request, please let us know within 24 hours. And our personnel will guide you through the process of having our cleaning personnel come back to your home to redo that area at no additional charge to you.
In Order to Provide You with the Best Possible Service:
Make your home accessible by providing a unique door code or key. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.
Turn off alarm systems. If you choose to leave the alarm armed, we are always diligent and careful to disarm and rearm the alarm according to your instructions. However, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system, including charges from a local police department or security company or other charges related to an activated alarm. NO EXCEPTIONS
Additionally, you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability Affinity Housekeeping Services from all liability relating to any failure of the alarm or not arming the alarm properly.
Allow for full access to the home. Our cleaning personnel performs their work in a specific order to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. If you need to direct our personnel to clean certain areas first or to clean in a different order, this adds additional time to your cleaning. We are happy to offer this service if needed, but you must call ahead of your cleaning so we can schedule the additional time. Any additional time accrued by our team will be charged at our current hourly rate in thirty-minute increments.
Please have your residence prepared for cleaning at the scheduled timeframe. Hourly charges may be incurred if cleaning personnel require more time if your home is not ready to be cleaned or if a job is underestimated due to the condition of the home. All mail, laundry, precious valuables, or firearms should be put away. Cleaning staff will not touch mail or firearms. Laundry services are not available currently.
We are not equipped to clean bug infestations, bodily fluids, pet feces, extensive grease, fire damage, or other biohazardous materials. If our staff does not feel safe in a home, cleaning service will be discontinued at that time.
PLEASE NOTE: If we are not able to clean the entire space due to the conditions, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning.
Cancellations, Terminations, Rescheduling Policy:
We require at least a 48-hour notice for rescheduling or 48-hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled, you will be charged the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our employee’s full work schedules.
Exceptions may be made for emergencies and/or illnesses. Frequent cancellations, even for emergency or illness, may still be charged the cancellation fee of $35.00. Affinity Housekeeping Services reserves the right to make these determinations on a case-by-case basis.
Our cleaning hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. If for any circumstance our staff is denied access to your home between these hours, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of your ordinary cleaning rate. We will make every effort to work within the time frame you requested. However, we ask not to be denied access during our working hours without prior notice.
For all company-initiated schedule changes due to holidays or extreme weather conditions, we will make every attempt to reschedule as close to your regular scheduled cleaning date as possible. We understand that life happens. We will do our best to accommodate the client and company schedules.
Breakage and Damage Policy:
If we are asked to dust/clean inside of China cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques, or collections, you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC and/or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.
We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. It is for this reason that we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable or sentimental valuable items.
Damage will be reported by cleaning personnel as soon as possible or at the latest within 24-hours of the scheduled cleaning. Damage will be reported via written correspondence. Clients may report to the office by email within 2 business days of service or Affinity Housekeeping Services may not be held liable.
Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC cannot be responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items.
Other Information from Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC:
To meet your needs and to ensure your satisfaction, Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
If you request changes to your service after receiving your original estimate, additional charges may be billed, or a new estimate may be required. You may request amendments to your cleaning service by going to our website to complete the returning customer intake form
Due to exposed liability, we cannot care for pets, plants, or children. Please reference section on making your home ready for cleaning above.
Payment Policies and Options:
Full payment from the client, for services performed by the cleaner, is expected no later than by the close of business on the day after cleaning services have been completed. Payments for Friday services are due by close of business the following Monday. Payments received after these timeframes will incur an additional $25 Late Fee.
CHECK, CASH, VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/DISCOVER, CASHAPP, VENMO are all acceptable forms of payment.
If paying with cash, a purchase receipt will be provided for tracking purposes.
Bounced checks, declined cards and/or unpaid balances will incur a $35 service charge.
Cash should be placed in sealed envelopes addressed to the PO Box address.
$25 Late Fees can also be incurred as a result of bounced checks or declined cards.
Agreement to begin cleaning service by signing of contract specifies acceptance of Service Agreement and permission to charge credit card booked.
If a cash or check payment is not received by close of business the day after cleaning services were completed, your credit card will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS
Before and After Work Pictures:
We take photos of our work. These pictures are used for Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, business promotion, training, and proof of performance. Our website will include photos for reference. We will do our best NOT to showcase family photos or other sensitive materials within these photos. If you do not want pictures taken of cleaning service areas in your home, please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
