Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, Aims to Provide Quality Service by:

 

In Order to Provide You with the Best Possible Service:

Make your home accessible by providing a unique door code or key. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home.





 



Cancellations, Terminations, Rescheduling Policy:

We require at least a 48-hour notice for rescheduling or 48-hour notice for cancellations.  If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled, you will be charged the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our employee’s full work schedules.

 

Breakage and Damage Policy:

If we are asked to dust/clean inside of China cabinets or hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques, or collections, you agree to hold harmless and/or release from liability Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC and/or any of its employees responsible for any damage or breakage to any article or component.

To meet your needs and to ensure your satisfaction, Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.

 

Payment Policies and Options:

Full payment from the client, for services performed by the cleaner, is expected no later than by the close of business on the day after cleaning services have been completed.  Payments for Friday services are due by close of business the following Monday.  Payments received after these timeframes will incur an additional $25 Late Fee.



 

Before and After Work Pictures:

We take photos of our work. These pictures are used for Affinity Housekeeping Services, LLC, business promotion, training, and proof of performance. Our website will include photos for reference.   We will do our best NOT to showcase family photos or other sensitive materials within these photos.  If you do not want pictures taken of cleaning service areas in your home, please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
