Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Do you offer daily cleaning?

–  Yes, upon request (Please review our cleaning options on the new customer intake form).

2.  What are the typical charges per cleaning?

–  There is no set price(s) per cleaning because each property is different and has different cleaning requirements.  Prices will be determined based upon customer cleaning requests.  We encourage all of our potential clients to do research on housekeeping averages to get a general idea on cleaning costs based on the size of the residence.

3.  How long does each cleaning typically last?

–  Each cleaning will take a minimum of 1 hour per property, and could take up to 4 hours to complete

4.  Will you provide the cleaning products?

–  Yes, the company will purchase cleaning products to use in your residence.  Or (upon request) we will use preferred cleaning products provided by the customer.  Whichever option is used, the quoted price per cleaning won’t change.

5.  Will areas be cleaned that are not a part of the original agreement?

–  No, additional cleaning requests must be made in writing prior to cleaning services being performed.  Both the customer and cleaning company must sign off on the amended changes.

6.  Will my pets need to be put away?

–  Yes, we wouldn’t want to delay the cleaning process because pets are in the way.  You will be expected to crate, kennel, or lock your pets in a closed room prior to cleaning services.

7.  Will someone need to be home during the cleaning process?

–  No, you may provide a key to access the home, or a responsible adult will need to be present.

8.  Will you change my bed linens and make beds?

–  Yes, however, the customer will be expected to have clean linens set aside visible to the cleaning staff (as we will not open any closet doors to gain access to clean linens).  An additional charge may be applied for this request.

9.  Will you clean tile and grout?

–  Yes, additonal fees my apply

10.  Will you clean ceiling fans, window seals, or baseboards?

–  Yes.  However, these services are not available with the basic clean package.

11.  How do I terminate the cleaning contract?

–  The customer must provide a written notice within 5 to 7 days of the expected cleaning appointment date.

12.  Will you clean the interior of the refrigerator?

–  Yes, but additional fees may apply

13.  Are laundry services available?

–  Yes.  For requested linen changes, we will place the soiled linens in a predetermined area selected by the customer or wash them if there is a washer and dryer on site.

14.  Will you remind me of an upcoming cleaning?

–  Yes, the customer will receive text alerts or email reminders 1 - 2 days in advance of their appointment.

15.  What happens if something is broken in the home while cleaning staff is present?

–  The customer will be expected to put away any/all exposed valuables (they don’t want cleaned) prior to their appointment.  If a breakage occurs during cleaning, the company will take pictures and notify the customer promptly.

16.  What if I need to reschedule a cleaning service?

–  We require 48-hour advance notice to reschedule appointments.
