Basic Everyday Cleaning

Includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces in the bathroom or kitchen, emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags, cleaning sinks and toilets. 

Deep Cleaning

Requires a longer duration of time and can include more thorough cleaning in hard-to-reach areas such as baseboards, ceiling fans, or window seals.  This option can take up to 4+ hours depending on the size of the property. 

Move In/Out Cleaning

Similar to the deep cleaning package, this option includes wiping down cabinets (interior and exterior), deep cleaning appliances, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting door handles, and discarding of smaller items left on the property by a previous tenant. 

Vacation Rental Cleaning

In addition to move in/out cleaning, this option can include changing (client provided) bed linens and/or covers, replace bath towels and/or washcloths, and sanitizing all surfaces after previous guest check out.
