Percy Shurmer Academy and Montgomery Primary Academy work in partnership to provide our children with an outstanding education. As partner schools we have an overarching vision and shared values that bind our schools together. Through our collaboration both schools are strengthened. The efficient use of shared resources enables the partnership to provide additional resources to our pupils and offer a wide range of opportunities for pupils, parents, staff and the wider community. We ensure success for all our pupils through innovative and inspirational teaching , as both schools work together to share best practice.

Percy Shurmer Academy and Montgomery Primary Academy are led by an Executive Principal and one Governing body. Each school has a Head of School. Senior leaders from both schools work across the Partnership. Their role is to ensure that each school gains the optimum benefit from the partnership, as they translate the values and vision to ensure success for each unique school.
