Our Curriculum

Feversham Primary Academy is committed to providing a rich, diverse curriculum, through music, arts and sports, set alongside our comprehensive list of enhancements and  extra-curricular programmes.  We have established a music/arts/culture based curriculum in response to the lack of cultural capital, and have been national leaders in these areas. We recognise that children have limited life experiences and use purposefully chosen trips and events, ensuring all children (and some parents) gain from the rich experiences school offers locally and nationally.

We deliver a concept led, skills based, innovative curriculum for the Foundation subjects, which is creative and innovative. English and Mathematics are delivered through the ARK Mastery curriculum.

At Feversham Primary Academy we provide children with an ambitious, high quality curriculum that allows them to develop and deepen their knowledge and understanding as they make meaningful connections. Through the concept-based approach content is planned and taught in a logical progression, systematically and explicitly for all pupils to acquire disciplinary and substantive knowledge.
