The curriculum team is uniquely positioned to connect the detail of individual schools, teachers and classrooms to the bigger picture of trust-wide development.

Our vision is to support academies to provide our pupils with the knowledge and skills, and character to live a remarkable life.

To achieve this we focus on raising academic standards to prepare pupils for the next phase of their lives. We do this by harnessing successful practice within and beyond the trust to develop sector-leading systems and a suite of high quality training to develop great people and great systems in five key areas:

By drawing upon our knowledge of how the five key areas are being implemented in our academies, we are able to establish, guide and curate connected communities across the Trust. The fostering of our subject communities is very important to us, we want all colleagues to feel that they are part of something bigger than one class, something wider than one academy, that they are part of a family of academies working together to change the lives of our young people.
