Unit 7 - Fractions (2 weeks)

L1- Fraction of an amount (recap)
L2- Converting between mixed numbers and improper fractions
L3- Adding and subtracting fractions (recap)
L4- Adding and subtracting fractions including mixed numbers (recap)
L5- Multiply an integer by a proper fraction
L6- Multiply Two Fractions
L7- Solve Problems involving multiplying two fractions
L8- Divide a fraction by an integer
Unit 8 - Decimals and Measures (2 weeks)
L1 - Use, read and write standard units of measure including in scales
L2 - Converting metric units of length
L3 - Convert and solve problems with units of mass and capacity
L4 - Calculate the perimeter of composite rectilinear shapes
L5 - Area of rectangles and parallelograms
L6 - Area of triangles
L7 - Solve problems involving area
L8 - Calculate, estimate and compare the volume of cubes and cuboid
L9- Solve problems with units of measure and money
L10 - Solve problems involving units of time
Unit 9 - Percentages and Statistics (2 weeks)
L1 + 2- Fraction decimal and percentage equivalence
L3, 4 & 5- Find percentages of amounts
L6- Use percentages to compare
L7 & 8 - Calculate the mean average
L9- Interpret line graphs and draw line graphs
L10- Interpret pie charts and interpret and compare pie charts
Unit 10 - Proportiion Problems (4 lessons)
L1 - use ratio to express the relationship between two quantities
L2 - solve problems including scale factor of number
L3 & 4 - solving problems including ratio and involving unequal sharing
