Erasmus mobility of IPI students in Braga

GIVING LOST PLACES A MEMORY

Students from all the countries involved in the project made a research about this topic and during this Braga mobility they had to present their work to the rest of participants. All the lost places were shown in pannels placed at the AE Celeiros main entrance.

In our case (IES Padre Isla school) after making a research of five possible places, students chose between this two that they liked the most and finally in a meeting all together decided to present this one:

LEÓN'S OLD HOSPICE

PONCE DE LEÓN SCHOOL

This is today a primary school so the building has not dissapeared but it is also a lost place because one of its uses during Spanish civil war was as a concentration camp and it is precisily this last use what would be probably forgotten.....
