External Engagement and Knowledge Exchange
A key element of building community capacity and increasing the likelihood of receiving funding for climate resiliency is developing partnerships. These connections can be between other communities (towns, villages, hamlets) or entities like colleges, universities, or local organizations. ACORN seeks to drive these partnerships in the North Country to aid communities in obtaining the resources needed to tackle local and regional challenges, including the effects of climate change.
