Due to COVID19, all classes are currently offered online

Group and individual classes are offered. Face-to-face classes will resume as soon as centers are open. Contact zarco@adelphi.edu for classes.

Adelphi University

Group classes:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 2-3 pm offered as PES 200-003 for AU students
Tuesdays and Thursdays: Registration through AU Campus Recreation required

Philippines

Group classes:

Sundays 9-10 am
Tuesdays 6:30 to 7:00 am
Thursdays 6:30 to 7:00 am
