As part of our ongoing efforts to develop Fortiores 2030, the University had its First Strategic Planning Conference on 23-24 January 2025 at the 11/F Calungsod-San Vitores Jesuit-Lay Collaboration Center, Community Center of the First Companions, Jacinto Campus. The two-day conference has the following objectives:
To gather ADDU leaders and representatives for conversations on ADDU’s strategic directions as part of the University Strategic Planning Process 2024-2025.
To present summary results of Strategic Plan 1A1P 2020-2025 and Group Strategic Conversations held from August to November 2024 for processing and reflection.
To engage in spiritual and strategic conversations, listening to each other as fellow resource persons and stakeholders, and discerning the Spirit together as a community.
To gather and synthesize key directions in ADDU’s identity, vision, mission, and strategic statements that will constitute ADDU’s Strategic Plan 2025.
