Strategic Conversations
Strategic Conversations
As part of the University Strategic Planning Process, Fortiores 2030, the ADDU community gathered in small group conversations that involved reflecting and analyzing the University’s vision for the next five years, focusing on both external and internal challenges, including opportunities and threats, and strategizing on how to leverage the University’s strengths to support its mission.
These conversations aim to gather insights and aspirations from the administrators, faculty members, staff, students, and other partners in the mission. The first round of conversations focused on the vision for ADDU and an analysis of the external and internal contexts that will impact the university, both positively and negatively, over the next five years. In the second round, groups will revisit their hopes and dreams for ADDU and review the current formulation of the ADDU vision, mission, values, and guiding principles. Each group has a facilitator and documenter to guide the discussions.
During the second round of group strategic conversations, participants revisited the vision for ADDU and focused on reviewing the current formulation of the University’s vision, mission, values, and guiding principles.
