Submit an App

Only Adams 14 staff can submit an app/site for review.

All Apps used need to be listed. An app is any Internet website, online service, online application, or mobile application that is used at the direction of employees and collects, maintains, or uses student personally identifiable information. If an App does NOT collect student information, it does NOT need to approved. There is a flowchart here to help you decide if you need to fill out this form.
