Jeanette is Sonata Aesthetic's patient care manager. She is the first one that meets with each patient and works directly with every individual to identify and plan their requests. The first appointment is directed primarily by the customer as they lay out what they desire, but Jeanette also points out anything that she notices as well.

Dr. Janowski is the medical director of Sonata Aesthetics and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of Colorado aesthetic doctors. Along with this, he has trained various aesthetic companies such as Novathreads, and Suneva. The doctor primarily does the injections, threads, and more invasive procedures.

Many of Dr. Janowski's appointments include filler injections such as botox and sculptra. I was able to learn about how the clinic set up the patient's plan, which the part for the doctor to follow is shown above. This diagram helps the doctor and his assistant identify the general areas of injection and how many units of filler are needed.

I was also able to briefly observe what Sonata Aesthetic's esthetician does. In the image above, a patient is lying under a red light therapy machine that has anti-aging effects. Other more invasive services such as J Plasma, neck lifts, and liposuction I was not able to watch. Although, I was able to examine the tools used for such procedures. Through this, I learned about the different services and tools that aesthetic clinics use.

For the majority of the time, Vinh went over the standard procedure and documents that a new patient must fill out. He utilized blank documents in order to do so, and to visually demonstrate the application process, he filled out parts of the document with fake information. Furthermore, I was able to learn about financial procedures and management.

Training employees to fit every standard set is extremely important when taking care of the elderly and those with disabilities. I was able to observe what these employees needed to know and learn in order to professionally work and satisfy the patient's requests. Additionally, I was able to see how they were trained and what they would generally do afterwards.
