Acushnet Community,

Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the Acushnet Public Schools, what an honor!  This position can, and should, be of great effect, and I look forward to partnering with the various stakeholders to ensure a high-quality education in this quaint town of Acushnet.

I am grateful for the Ford Middle School students, families, and personnel who have been amazing to work with in my former role as Assistant Principal, and I look forward to developing new partnerships with the Acushnet Elementary School community.

This week we began the collaborative process of evaluating and selecting high-quality instructional materials to ensure rigor, focus, consistency and alignment in the areas of ELA and science!

It has been a year like no other. I want parents and educators to know I am here to support you as we plan for ways to close learning gaps and meet the needs of all students.

I look forward to visiting classrooms and seeing all the wonderful things that are happening in our schools.  Please feel free to reach out to me at angelaruggeri@acushnetschools.us or 508-998-0260 x3130.

Sincerely,

Angie Ruggeri
