A successful treatment requires three key elements:
a complete understanding of the recovery;
a specific diagnosis;
a treatment course combined with proper exercises and life style improvement.
For acute problems, it is suggested to have treatment 2-3 times a week; for chronic situations, once or twice a week will be fine; for body maintenance every 2 weeks or once a month should work.
