We believe in fully understanding our CLIENT's requirements before we provide proposals. This we do by using a proprietary business process diagnosis tool, process mapping and the keen experienced eyes of our consultants. Our consultants work closely with key stakeholders to discover out what is really needed to take CLIENTs to where they want to get. Our coaching workshops are customised according to CLIENT requirements.
A variety of frameworks are employed including DFSS for process design, DMAIC for problem solving, LEAN, AGILE, OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE for process improvement and CHANGE MANAGEMENT to make and sustain change.
Large or complex changes are broken down into progressive phases. Foundation and urgent items done first, followed by stabilisation initiatives and finally application of advanced tools & techniques. We use a proprietary 4 point change management framework with emphasis on instilling a change friendly organisational culture. Where possible we do people development in parallel with process improvement as we find that this helps create valuable rapport with stakeholders thus lubricating the change process.
