Mini Heroes: Ages 4–6
Junior Heroes: Ages 7–9
Super Heroes: Ages 10–12
Lesson Payments
All payments must be made in advance for the full term.
Payments are due 7 days prior to the start of lessons. Failure to pay on time may result in forfeited space.
Payments must be made via Scotiabank transfer.
Lessons are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cash payments are only accepted from existing clients and must be made at the end of the previous term, enclosed in an envelope clearly labeled with the child’s name, class, and day.
All sessions must be completed within the booked term.
No transfers or refunds are available between terms.
Cancellation Policy
Active Heroes operates a strict no-cancellation policy.
Lessons missed for any reason, including absence, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Lessons missed due to hurricanes, acts of nature, or other circumstances beyond the program’s control will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If an instructor cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency, facility closure), the lesson may be rescheduled at the instructor’s discretion, but there is no obligation to provide a catch-up lesson.
Safety and Support
Classes are designed to accommodate neurodiverse children, but physical activity carries inherent risks. Participation is at the student’s own risk.
Instructors and support staff are trained to manage sensory needs, behaviour support, and individualized attention.
Students must follow the instructor's guidance to ensure safety for themselves and others.
Protective gear and proper attire are required when instructed.
Parents/guardians must provide relevant information regarding support needs, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect participation.
Behaviour and Inclusion
Active Heroes promotes an inclusive, positive environment.
Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
Instructors may provide individualized accommodations or modify activities to meet the child’s needs.
Photography and Media
Staff may take images or videos for training, promotional, or social media purposes.
If you do not wish your child to be photographed or filmed, please notify the instructor in writing prior to the start of the term.
Attendance and Punctuality
Students should arrive on time and ready to participate.
Instructors will wait a maximum of 10 minutes for late arrivals; lessons may be shortened or missed if the child is late.
Registration and Term Structure
Registration forms must be completed and returned prior to the first lesson.
Terms run as follows:
TERM 1: September – December
TERM 2: January – March
TERM 3: April – July
Coaching continues throughout the year, including public holidays, unless prior notification is provided.
Students may progress to different groups or levels based on skill, engagement, and individual needs.
