“People are creating a legacy where they contribute to the long-term outcomes for other people […] we want to be involved in creating ‘what happens next’ and avoiding the medical model.”

We believe that lasting happiness isn't just a fleeting feeling—it is something we actively build together through shared community support and evidence-based practices. To understand exactly how our work ripples across Northamptonshire, we partnered with the Institute for Social Innovation and Impact at the University of Northampton for a year-long evaluation project. This report captures the data, empirical findings, and lived experiences of 66 local stakeholders, volunteers, and community partners. It provides an honest, independent look at how our local network acts as a "wellbeing anchor," establishing a common language of compassion and delivering measurable social value to the neighborhoods we serve.
“I have drawn on the shared experiences and ideas from other members to strengthen peer support, encourage more open conversations about wellbeing, and introduce small but meaningful practices.”
