I am an Associate Professor of Management at the School of Business of Anatolia American University. My academic background is in business administration-management and combines degrees obtained in Greece, the USA and France. In 2014 I decided to make a career change to academia after having spent twenty-one years in the corporate world and management consulting in delivering projects related to organizational development, strategic planning, and performance improvement.
Prior to joining Anatolia American University, I worked as a business faculty at colleges and universities in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Luxemburg. My extensive teaching experience is comprised of undergraduate and MBA courses and seminars as well as executive training in the region of Western Balkans funded by the World Bank and IFC.
Hitherto, I have served as a paper reviewer for the International Journal of Organizational Analysis and the International Journal of Organization Theory & Behavior. Additionally, I hold professional memberships to the European Group of Organization Studies (EGOS), the European Academy of Management (EURAM), the Academy of Management (AMA), the American Psychological Association (APA), and the Greek Academy of Human Resources Management.
