Research & Professional Achievements
My research is focused on the relationship quality of employees’ ego-networks and its effect on the behavioral patterns towards organizational changes. A further improvement of my research will be based on the reconsideration and inclusion of specific types of organizational changes, by examining pre- and post-change factors to identify differences in behavioral patterns (neocortex and limbic brain functions). The next step will be the formulation of a diagnostic tool that can be used during the pre-planning phase of organizational changes.
