Going to Keep Track of Wasted Food?

Here are some ideas!

  • Start a new Instagram or Twitter Account and use #AHSEcoChallengeFoodWaste to tag your pics of wasted food. This is an easy way to document and share your food waste and can be anonymous if you want. (Just make sure Duff knows your social media handle (like @AHSsolarCougars)
  • Take pictures of your food and put them into a slideshow.... like google slides, prezi, or any digital picture slideshow platform.
  • Prefer the old pen and Paper? Use the following websites to create a food waste journal - Heifer International AND National Debt Relief

Check out these resources:

  • This website defines clean cookstoves, tells what they do for families, and has a link to contribute to clean cookstoves in Honduras (less than $8)!
  • This website focuses on getting clean cookstoves in the hands on Malawian people. For about $10 you can contribute to this effort.
