Traci Bricker

Agriculture Teacher, Asheville High School

Traci Bricker hails from Virginia where she attended both the University of Virginia, obtaining a degree in History and a minor in Biology, and Virginia Tech, earning a degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences.  Always conflicted between her love of history and cattle, her yearning for academia and veterinary medicine, life instead brought Traci down the path of Agriculture Education at the secondary level.  Finding fulfillment through helping students discover the world around them and their source of nourishment, Traci additionally finds joy in developing leaders through FFA and on the softball field.  She is married to Jesse Bricker, and together they go on adventures with their dog Gus to quench their thirst in the deep pools of historical knowledge.
