How is attendance taken?
- Grades 7-12- Students must complete Google Forms in Canvas for the classes they normally have attendance taken.
- Grades 3-6- Students must complete the Google Form in Canvas for their Homeroom class.
- Grades K-2- The Attendance Form attached to their packet must be completed and returned.
When do the attendance forms need to be completed by?
- All Google Forms must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the night the module closes for that eLearning Day.
- All paper submissions must be turned in by the end of the school day when the paper packets are due.

Student submissions are due three school days (including the eLearning Day) after the modules are opened in Canvas or packets are sent home in grades K-2.

Teachers will be available via e-mail for at least three hours per day to answer content-related questions.
- Scheduled eLearning Days-9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
- On-Demand eLearning Days-10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
For a device or application-related questions, the ACS Help Desk will be available at acstechhelpdesk@acsc.net during school hours.'
A practice eLearning Day will be held on August 22, 2019, to ensure students know how to access assignments on an eLearning Day and navigate Canvas for students in Grades 3-6.
- A parent night will be hosted the same day as the Practice eLearning Day to help grades 3-6 parents learn to navigate Canvas and show them how to link themselves as observers for their student(s).

All students shall take a device home on eLearning Days.
All parent/guardians will be required to sign off on the appropriate technology use forms as a part of registration.
All devices will be sent home fully charged.
Parents will have the option to purchase a charger for home use.

Buildings will be open and computer labs will be available for students accompanied by an adult on scheduled eLearning Days.

There will not be more than two consecutive On-Demand eLearning Days.
