How to: Video Conference using ZOOM

Go https://zoom.us .
Click "Join a Meeting".
When prompted, enter our Zoom Conference Code and Password for that meeting.
*Notes
-If you scheduled a private appointment using Calendly, use the link in the confirmation email to access the meeting instead of following the steps above.
-You must download the Zoom app to your device prior to your appointment.
-You may need to use an external microphone (like those found on most earbuds) to talk during your meeting.
