We offer one-on-one youth conditioning as well as an option to have them add on to sessions that you already attend!
One-on-one youth conditioning: $200
Group Training Youth only: $150
Group training youth add-on: $75
Group training youth add-on x2: $100
**All options include 3, one-hour sessions per week for 12 sessions a month.**
