Youth Conditioning with K.E.L. Fitness


  • Are you looking to get your teen more active and interested in their own fitness health?

  • Do you have a student athlete you’d like to encourage to stretch their capabilities?

  • Does your child actively participate in seasonal sports, but needs something to fill the off season with?

We offer one-on-one youth conditioning as well as an option to have them add on to sessions that you already attend!

MONTHLY PRICES:

  • One-on-one youth conditioning: $200

  • Group Training Youth only: $150

  • Group training youth add-on: $75

  • Group training youth add-on x2: $100

**All options include 3, one-hour sessions per week for 12 sessions a month.**
