K.E.L. Fitness LLC is a multifunctional fitness location specializing in group training and personal training sessions.

The ultimate goal of K.E.L. Fitness is to service a clientele of over 500 in the next 5 years. In addition, long term K.E.L.

Fitness will expand by serving as a learning center for other upcoming trainers, becoming a brand ambassador for fitness

and lifestyle products that comply with the K.E.L Fitness vision, and franchising the LLC by opening additional studios

as clientele expands.

Hours of Operations may vary depending on Trainer availability and client requests, however standard hours of business

will be maintained as: Monday – Wednesday & Friday (8am -12pm & 4pm - 9pm), Saturday and Sunday (8am – 12noon).

Group Training Sessions – Group sessions are led by The premier personal trainer, Kevin Larsuel who will focus on individual weight loss and toning goals based off of continuous client assessment. Sessions host a maximum of 15 clients per session. Clients will work in tandem to complete assigned exercises in a group setting. Sessions will be offered 8 times per weekday, and twice per weekend-day.

One-on-One Sessions-Toning and Building – Personalized sessions are offered for clients who require an individual and more specific training experience. An individual assessment is completed to identify focused activity requested by clients. One-on-one sessions will potentially be reserved for clients requiring expedited and specific training results. Availability for individual sessions will be limited, and dependent on Trainer availability. Sessions are offered at the availability of both client and Trainer

Specialized Classes – Specialized classes offered consist of Youth Conditioning, Inclusion group training for individuals with disabilities, and occasionally Yoga and/or specialized bootcamps . The specialized classes offered support additional training goals. Clients who elect to participate in specialized classes, will be required to register and pay an additional fee.
